CAMP MEALS
Serving our customers a good riverside meal is very important to us. We have put a great deal of planning into the variety of meals we serve and how we prepare them. We can set up our camps with a large Camp grill, Camp stove and a few Dutch Ovens. This permits us the flexibility we need to adapt to a variety of conditions.
The challenges of preparing meals on the riverbank are diminished by the positive customer comments that the meals are much more exciting than they expected Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you our entire menu on your float, but during our preplanning meeting we will create a menu that works best for you and your group.
- KABOB'S: We offer a variety of choices -
chicken, beef, pork and vegetables.
- GRILLED: Burgers, brats, hot dogs and anything else you want to throw on the grill!
- BAR-B-QUED: Pork steaks, chicken and our "fall off the bone" hot wings
- Dutch Ovens: The variety of meals, side dishes and fantastic desserts than can be prepared with our ovens is endless. The dishes will amaze you!
- SUB SANDWICHES : We can also offer you a variety of deli meats and cheeses along with some great homemade soups and salads.
BEVERAGES
We furnish:
- bottled water
- coffee
- hot tea
- hot chocolate
You will need to furnish all other beverages. We do offer medium sized coolers that fit into our custom built decks. Ice is available for $1.00/bag.
NOTE: Meals are always included on our RCO river trips. If you would prefer to take care of your own meals, we can discuss that when you book your trip.
